售后服务
AFTER SERVICE
“质量第一,终身服务”是天宇坤泽的服务宗旨,为了把好产品质量及售后服务关,解决客户的后顾之忧,天宇坤泽广纳贤才、集思广益,聘请了一批技术精湛和经验丰富的技术人才,进行售后服务,并为用户建立完整详细的服务档案,利用电脑进行管理,形成了完善售后管理体系:

     设备的安装过程中无偿给操作人员进行指导,达到会正确使用,会保养,会简单维护。
     我公司对所做工程项目提供从工程竣工之日起1年的免费保修,同时将促使工程项目组更完善的产品质量保证及技术保证,向业主提供完善的售后服务。
     我公司对安装工程实施所有设备免费质保1年,同时若合同规定免费质保超过1年的,按合同规定保修;并将向业主提供完善的终身有偿维护的保障售后服务。
     质保期内,如我方安装工程项目出现质量问题(人为原因造成质量问题除外),我方维保人员将在24小时内到达现场,72小时内排除故障。
     在工程保修期内不定期回访。或维修时,由售后服务小组组长统一安排。每次回访需要求业主填写反馈意见表,反馈内容一般为:故障发生时间、故障位置、故障现象、故障原因。 
     每次工程回访结束后,由本项目经理召集现场服务代表及其他技术人员反映现场情况及意见回访报告,报送公司工程部经理,对于在工程回访中发现的质量缺陷,立即制订纠正措施并尽快维修。
     在接甲方应急维修书面通知,售后现场代表人员现场确认后,24小时内技术维修人员赶到现场对工程出现部分问题进行维修,如不能及时解决故障,提供相同型号或者相同品质的部件替换,以保证不影响客户正常使用。
     本公司工程维护人员在进行售后服务时必须做到及时、迅速、认真负责、热情诚恳、周到细致、遵守纪律、不谋私利、实行违纪、违法举报制。

In order to ensure product quality and sound after-sales service, and solve the client’s worries, the company recruited a lot of capable talents, drew on the wisdom of the masses, employed a batch of skilled and experienced technical personnel for after-sales service. The company has established complete and detailed service user files to conduct administration via computer, thus forming a perfect after-sale management system;

     During equipment installation, the company will offer guidance to operators for free to achieve correct use, maintenance and simple repair.
     The company offers a 1-year free warranty since the day of completion. At the same time, the company will promote the project team to achieve better product quality assurance and technology assurance, thus providing employers with more comprehensive after-sales service.
     The company provides 1-year quality guarantee to all equipments; at the same time, if the contract provides 1-year free warranty, the company will offer the corresponding services according to contract stipulation; meanwhile, the company provides the owners with complete lifelong paid after-sales service.
     Within the warranty period, if our installation project has quality problem (except for the man-made quality problems), our maintenance personnel will arrive at the scene within 24 hours and conduct troubleshooting within 72 hours.
     We shall conduct unscheduled return visit within the project warranty period. Or during the maintenance, the after-sales service group leader will make uniform arrangement. Each return visit requires the filling of feedback form, with the feedback contents of fault time, location, phenomenon and causes.
     After the end of each project return visit, the project manager will convene the site service representatives to reflect the situation and fill the return visit report to submit to the company’s project department manager. For quality defects found in the project return visit, the company immediately develops corrective measures and conducts prompt repair and maintenance.
     After receiving the written notice of emergency repair of Client and after the site confirmation of the after-sales site maintenance personnel, the technical service personnel will arrive at the site for repair; if the problem cannot be timely solved, the part of the same model or quality will be replaced to ensure not to affect the normal use of clients.
     The technical service personnel of the company must be timely, quick, serious and responsible in the after-sales-service, being warm and sincere, thoughtful and meticulous, disciplined, unselfish and implementation of discipline and law reporting system.
